Question about CA-20G Havoc, Air Transport Command; profile attached

I found the attached profile of a CA-20G Havoc transport, c.1945, in a bare metal scheme–it appears at the bottom of the page. Does anyone know where this transport served, whether in Europe or Stateside? Also a review of the serial number, 43-21755, indicates that it was sent to Russia–yet other sources say USAAF.

Hopefully one of the readers can clarify this and perhaps provide some details on the history of this rare variant of the A-20 Havoc, or point me in the correct direction for a reference.

Thank you very much, and I appreciate your interest.

I’ve seen a photo of a similar aircraft…bare metal with ATC emblem.
My guess is the ATC used it as a ferry hack.
