Currently you are only able to post one image per message. This is something we will be addressing in the near future.
Adding An Image
1) Click Browse at the bottom of the page, and select the image you want to post
2) Add any message then click Submit Thread/Reply

Just attach the files like in an email. First you have to save each picture on your HD.
