question about the Super Hornet and the SPY radar

I work on the F-18E simulation and a lot of people complain about its flight model too heavy with too inertia .

I have never saw it ; any suggestion ?

One another question ,I enhance the ships warfare systems and I’m not sure that I have right understand the SPY radar / SM functioning : it could radio command the missile during its inertial guiding phase and then give the relay to the illumination SPG radars ; the SPY could not illuminate a target that’s my bigger interrogation .

Does anyone know a military naval forum like this ?
