Question concerning in-flight movies on BOAC in 1966-1967

Hi,
1. a. Did British Airways have in-flight movies on its international flights in the 1966-1967 time period?

1. b. Were they shown only in the first class section?

2. a. Was the film shown on 16mm or 8mm film?

2. b. With sound?

3. Extra question: Did BOAC have a direct flight from London to Jamaica in 1966-1967 time period?

I am truly interest in the answers to my questions and would appreciate any help in this matter. If you have an expert that knows the answers that would be great.

Thank you,
John G
