Questions needing answers?

Hi,i’m have questions about some FLANKERS types:
1-from where the pilots enter to the cockpit of Su-33UB?I can’t deem the enter its from the nose gear door?please any pics?
2-why the Su-34 have not IRST?its useless for it?and why there are no ventral fins?and no auxiliary intake slots?
