Me thinks the wrong pennant for EP120.
Teardrop canopy – I’ll go for MV293 painted as ‘MV268’.

Isn’t EP120 marked with “City of Winnipeg” around that sort of area?

Agreed on Spit, but the rump from the ‘interesting’ quality scan looks somewhat more shapely than I would expect the Guvnors to be. Mind you I have been mistaken in the past.
