Radio Antenna Werk-Nr

I have a radio antenna from a Luftwaffe aircraft possibly Junkers with numbers 3278 written in pencil on the base, is this the Werk-Nr for the mast or could it be the aircrafts Werk-Nr. Any help will be gratefully received
