radio controlled early version B-17

Hi Guys,
thought I’d show you my radio controlled early version B-17 model.

It’s my own design, a prototype for a later kit release

Right now we’re painting it in 90 Squadron RAF markings. 90 sqd used these in 1941 while based at RAF Polebrook

Fantastic work! Not all that often you see an early model B-17 done in R/C. In fact, that’s the first time I’ve seen one done!

Thats a fantastic model CT.
I love the new RAF markings.
And this is not a critisism (I cant build an airfix kit) The cockpit glazing is so clear I think you need crew in there.
Please keep us updated.

That is fantastic. The flying shot in the BMF looks real, could you give us mere mortals more details of this fantastic model, and more pictures.

Regards Nic
