Radio/Radar etc. ID ?

Hi

Can anyone please help to ID these “mainly American made” radio/radar ? pieces that my nephew has acquired, & to what they may have been fitted.

They appear to date from the late 40’s & early 50’s, some have Air Ministry ref numbers, others don’t.

Rejector unit type 913.
Antena loading unit MT-53B. AM ref- 110B/14.
Test set type 138. AM ref- 108B/169.
Interphone amplifier type BC-367.
Output meter type 8. AM ref- 108/691.
