RAF 41 Group

Hi All

Apart from the limited Google information does anyone have any information or leads to the activities of 41 Group during WW2? Did they have ORBs? Where were they based? I am looking to see if they have any records of lending a crane to No.3 Group at Oakington in 1941. A little specific, but you never know!
