My dads sis married a guy from the base & when I was very young I was taken to an airshow there. I’m thinking somewhere between ’64 & ’68. The only damn thing I remember about that show now is that there was a “batman jet car” that apparently scared the crap out of me.
Any idea what the heck it was?
I’m not even sure if the show was at Bentwaters, it might have been Woodbridge. But I do know my “american uncle” was based at Bentwaters.
