I assume some havent as yet seen the thread on WIX with the amazing wreck of an RAF Boston III BZ277 surviving in Conche Newfoundland where it crashed in 1942?
Although stripped by souvenir hunters including removal of some aluminium structure by locals? there would seem to be a viable second example of the Boston III capable of being restored from this fuselage and centre section and surplus A20 parts from PNG or the “former” RAAF Museum spares?
Perhaps a project for the IWM/Duxford to try and acquire and subcontract to Precision Aerospace? (it would make a suitable contrast to the A20G on its way to Hendon, a very suitable second example in the UK and Europe).
