This was a great show. Rather humid when I got there. Thankefully the weather freshened a bit with a breeze but still rather warm.
Supeb flying by all aircraft and a good mix of aircraft in the display.
The Air Atlantique DC3 first attempt on landing in the crosswind was was met by two or three bounces on the runway then aborted. 2nd landing attempt very smooth.
Air Atlantique Canberra was in the programme schudule but dd not appear. Also a problem with Delta Jets Gnat. Hope the Gnat t will be o/k for Kemble.

Thanks for reminding me Mike. Yes it was still humid earlier in the flying display but a breeze did develop with a passing (but hardly noticeable) very week cold front moving east to west.

Mike, SEMAE, Thanks for the comments. I’ve been after a shot like that for a while. Point, track and click away as it roars skywards! Some of the other shots of the Tonka as it climbed away.

Thank you for your nice comments. Thank you for Damien for correcting me on the Canberra and I agree rather disappointing it did not turn up. I should have paid more attention to the souvenir programme. It does state PR9 in the souvenir programne but for some strange reason it has Air Atlantique underneath the entry! Definately meant to be RAF not A/A
