RAF Crash tenders and Ambulances 1939-41

Can anyone please advise as to what vehicles the RAF used as ambulances and fire/crash tenders in the UK and in France from September 1939 through until after the end of the Battle of Britain please? If there are any period photos, showing such vehicles, I would be particularly grateful to see them.
Thanks,
Tim

A visit to RAF Hendon museum may pay off as well.
They have an Austin K2 Ambulance on display as well some other vehicles.

There are pictures of the Crossleys in Les Freathy’s British Military Trucks, but presumably you’ve got that?

IWM collections is as good a place to start as any although may require some lateral thinking to find the images
