RAF Hercules 50th Anniversary today

I could not believe it was that long ago. Checked my log book for my first flight, XV221 Colerne to Fairford 26 March 1968, formation flight on opening of RAF Fairford as Hercules base.

So obvious question – setting the A&AEE Harvards etc aside, is it the longest-serving type?

Edit: Canberra still gets it by the looks.
