Does anyone have one of these in their collection (see pic)? I was recently given one and it is similiar to the one in the photo but is missing the large diagram on the inside of the lid. I am also unable to identofy what the large circular item is on the left hand side? It is a reel of some sort but I couldnt see anywhere on the unit that it attacheds too?
