RAF King's Regulations – 1940

A slightly off-beat and off-the-wall historic aviation related query.

Does anybody know whether King’s Regulations forbade anyone who had been declared bankrupt in 1940 from serving as an officer, or would they be required to resign their commission if declared bankrupt whilst serving either in the RAF, RAFVR or AAF?

If so, can anyone point me to the precise regulation or wording thereof?

Annoyingly, I used to have a period copy of KR’s (about the size a family bible!) but concluded I would never need it and parted with it some years ago.

Oh, the things I have parted with and wished I hadn’t! 🙁
