RAF Manston Museum Update

Just a quick update on whats been happening at the RAF Manston History Museum.

We recently acquired Jet Provost T4 XZ658, a small band of our volunteers traveled down to Shropshire to dismantle her and transport her back to the museum, She is now fully assembled and on display alongside our PZL TS-11 Iskra, She will getting some light restoration work and a set of new tyres soon.

Our PZL TS-11 Iskra (Ex SP-DOF) is currently undergoing preparation for a repaint into Polish ”White and Red Sparks” display team colours, all the old sun bleached pain has been painstakingly removed and a coat of primer has been applied.

We are still looking for a canopy covers for Sepecat Jaguar XZ106 and the Iskra if anyone knows of any available.
