Can anybody tell me anything about RAF Moreton in the Marsh?
In my previous job I regularly drove past the Fire Service College that is now there and wondered what went on there in its previous life as an RAF station.

There are 43 entries in the Airfiield Information Exchange forum search engine. Try also Wikipedia and the book Gloucestershire Airfields in the Second World War. This county based series of books for the UK is where I usually start.

I believe that Wellingtons were based there in WW2.
There is/was an art gallery in the town, called the Wellington gallery and the owner had a display of photos and artifacts there, showing the history of the airfield.
Edit google is your friend.

Sadly it appears that the museum is no more.
