RAF Recruiting Poster – help

Can you guys help?

A neighbour of mine is trying to trace an RAF poster that her late husband was in.

She describes it as a triangular formation of groundcrew/tradesmen etc fanning out from the bottom of the triangle upwards – and at the bottom apex of the triangle is a Lighning pilot – her late husband.

She doesn’t remember what the aircraft in the background was – but it was a full page broadsheet newspaper ad (presumably RAF recruiting?)

Any help appreciated.
