RAF special ops Chinooks.

I was wondering if anyone knows whens the 8 new build Chinooks will be finished and delivered. The last i heard was they were parked at Boeing’s factory. They are supposedly having “software problems” similar to the Mk2 Chinooks delivered a few years ago. These new Mk3 models will have in-flight refuelling probes,FLIR,larger fuel tanks and be self-deployable.Will these Chinooks be able to fit into the C-17’s the RAF is leasing,it seems strange that these Chinooks are not compatible with the US Army MH-47E’s of the Nightstalkers.This is what is suppossed to be causing the problems that Boeing has.
