Just found this on the sky news website.
RAF Tornado Crashes Into River
An RAF Tornado jet has crashed into a river after issuing a mayday call.
Two crew members were seen to eject from the aircraft before the crash in the River Humber in East Yorkshire.
Both airmen have been picked up from the water by coastguards operating near Brough.
The Ministry of Defence confirmed that a plane had gone down, and said the jet was probably on a routine military exercise.
Rescue
The GR4 ground attack Tornado had taken off from RAF Marham in Norfolk.
The RAF Rescue Centre at Kinloss said three helicopters – from RAF Leconfield, RAF Wattisham and the Humberside Police helicopter – had assisted in the rescue.
The two crew members are being taken for treatment at Lincoln Hospital.
The condition of both airmen is not yet known although one is fully conscious.
Police were alerted to the crash by a call from a member of the public who saw two people eject from the Tornado with parachutes.
