RAFM Hendon – 30Jul10

A trip to Hendon to try out the HDR function, which only works in Jpeg, on my Sony Alpha 550 camera. Basically it takes two images in rapid succession. One slightly dark and one slightly lighter and then processes them in-camera to make one image. According to the blurb it creates ‘…a single image with subtle results balancing out the scene with a dynamic range too large to be captured in a single exposure’. Mmmm.
