messershmitt9, a number of my squadron mates were about 30 meters away at the time. I will try and get in touch with them and see if anyone has any photo’s. I am truly sorry to hear about your friends great loss. My thoughts to him and all others so affected.

carman his wife, nadine his daughter were both killed. he barely survived, although badly burnt.

Oh my – – – – – – 🙁 ,i am assuming the family pictured were victims in the crowd,this brings home the others affected by these accidents,my condolansces to everyone. 🙁

I wish to find more pictures of my wife, Carmen and my daughter, Nadine. There were so many people taking photographs that day that I hope someone might have a picture and will recognize my family in the crowd. I have some pictures of my family here to help you recognize their faces. We looked at the display aircraft too and walked all around that day, so hopefully someone can find us in an old photograph. I am most grateful for those of you who can help me and you need not feel any anguish or difficulty in doing this for me. I have been through much counseling and this too will help me put the peaces of time back in place, that have been missing from my memory, since the accident. Thank you all for your help. I was left a video called Hell in the Skies by Aviation action it says it shows the display from the previous day but NOT the crash on the fateful day itself but it does a computer simulation of what supposedly happened.
If you PM me your details you can have it.

I was there, but as I was/am not interested in formatian teams, I left at the beginning of their display (it was the end of the show) in the hope to leave the base before the traffic jams started. As we walked out, some 300 meters or so behind us the collision took place. BW Roger
