In the History of combat aircraft there has been many particular out standing designs.
Among each aircraft i would say there are a few i really like them and always remember as particularly beautiful and sticking out of the rest.
If i sort them out by nation independently of historical period i would say these are my favorite aircraft:
US-F-15, F-14, F-16, F-22, P-51, P-40, B-1, B-29 A-5 Vigilante and F-111
England-Spitfire, Tornado ADV and Harrier the rests of british designs i found them quit ugly
Germany- Ar-234, Me-262, He-162, FW-190, Ta-152, He-111, Me-264, Ju-388 and the Ho-229.
China-J-8, J-8II, JH-7A and J-10B the rest are really ugly ducklings.
Russia:MiG-23, MiG-29, Tu-22M, Tu-160, Su-24, Su-27, An-124 and MiG-3 the rest are not as beautiful to my taste quit coarse or ugly
France: Mirage 2000, Mirage F1 and Rafale
Israel-Lavi and Kfir
Sweden: AJ-37 Viggen and Saab J-29 Tunnan the only frontal air inlet aircraft of the 1950s i feel is beautiful
Italy- Macchi 202 Folggore and A-129 Mangusta
Japan: Hien Kasaki Ki-61 and the T-4
Taiwan- Ching Kuo
Argentina:IA-63
Brazil-ERJ-145 AWACS/R-99
Poland:PZL I-22 Irydia
India-LCA
International- AMX and Jaguar
I think the nation with the most beautiful design in helicopters is Italy and in Fighters is France and the US
If i rated by epoch i would say
From the 1940 propeller aircraft the most beautiful is the P-51 to my taste 
Form the 1940s WWII jet aircraft the Ar-234 is my favorite
from the 1940s post WWII jet aircraft i would say personally i love the eternally beautiful J-29 Tunnan
From the 1950s my favorite is the A-5
from the 1960s only the MiG-23 i feel deserves my love
from the 1970s i guess the most beautiful aircraft to my taste is the F-16

From the 1990s i only think the F-22 looks cool enough
I do not like aircraft from the 1905 to 1936 i feel i like more bicycles than aircraft from pre-1936
This is the bomber i like the most of all them all
And this the helicopter i like the most
