Just noticed that G-AKRP is for sale. Not being familiar with this aircraft, I ascertained that it was originally in Morocco. Can anyone provide further information on its history?

It was Ex-Hamburg, restored by Rex Ford at Sywell over about 6 years flew 2000/2001 for first time after rebuild- then sold to Barry ………? at Eaglescott -last year after languishing outside at Cranfield for 2+years. Ferry pilot I believe was Bob Moore (nice chap).
Nicknamed ‘Northamptonshire Rose’ – flew in it half a dozen times 🙂
Blue Max maybe can add more
