Rare shot of museum aircraft outdoors

In 1993 during the Wigram Wings and Wheels airshow, the RNZAF Museum pulled some of its spare aircarft out of No. 6 Hangar where they were normally crammed indoors. I managed to snap this of the Bristol Freighter and the Corsair (now in Austrailia being restored to fly). It was quite a rare event to see them in the sunlight (although it was a gloomy day!) so I thought some of you may think it’s of interest.

It’s a genuine warbird too, served in Vietnam and has bullet holes to prove it – in the cockpit! 😮

Nice pic, never seen a Bristol Freighter in camo before, looks rather good!
