Here are some pictures of the RR RB211 535E4 as fitted to the 757-200.
2 things I would point out are the EPR probe at the top on the inside of the duct and the rubber tip to the spinner.
The EPR probe senses the intake pressure through this sensor and compares it to the reading from another sensor at the back end of the engine. The ratio between them is referred to as the Engine Pressure Ratio and in an RR powered 757 is the primary reference for setting thrust. A full power take off would typically have an EPR of 1.73 whereas a descent at idle would have an EPR at 1.00.
The rubber tip on the spinner is designed to become unbalanced in the event of an ice build up as it spins so the ice is shed off through the engine before it becomes sizeable.
