tried to find original thread but could only go back to the 24/6/13,and the search didn’t find it.A new regime might warrant a new approach as foreign aid could be high on their agenda.Also if the Burmese listened to David Cameron,he should try the Egyptians… we could dangle Cleo,s needle in frount of them,but we must keep this matter alive…

Please also bear in mind, the regime change in Egypt, which will have had a great knock on effect. I doubt the Egyptians have any interest whatever in the subject right now.
