Ok, I’m thick, very thick.
I need to access a live wedding on http://www.lussonline.net this weekend. I also need to install real player, which I have done. I can watch film trailers etc but when I click on the yellow live church service button on lussonline it says I need to install real player.
I’m trying to do this so an 88 year old neighbour who can’t travel can see her Granddaughters wedding on saturday.
can anyone help please?

Perhaps it requires you to install the latest version of Realplayer if you haven’t already got the newer version ?

The error message seems to be from the lussonline page, so you could contact them as well.

yeah it just seems to be an error within the error mate, if that makes sense, if you follow our suggestions it should work on the day

I can see what you are saying but the error message I get tells me I need to download Real Player which I already have.
Thanks anyway,

Just read this in the help section of the link you posted Kev35
” On the day of the service you are viewing at Luss Parish Church, the broadcast will begin as the bride arrives at the church. Most brides tend to arrive slightly after the advertised start time of the service. Should you try to view before broadcasting has started, Real Player will display an error box explaining that it can’t connect to the video stream – just wait a minute or two and try again.”
Sounds like you will have to wait for Saturday.
As Scott said see if you can log on to a Wedding scheduled before the one you want to see, to check.

Kev, ive had a look and from the error…i believe as stangman has already said… the webcam wont work until the day, i suggest if you can, contacting the church…finding out when the next wedding is…and log on again and see if it works
the error i believe is being caused because the webcam isnt streaming
hope this helps
