Need a team of men – one for the monitor, one for the keyboard, one for the tower, a couple for the desk, several to make sure that no-one tripped over the cables, etc – just to get mobile! What a waste of time.

depends on ur boss, cos if he’s sharp, then u have to really work all day instead of sneaking a post or two on a forum like this every 10 minutes. 😉 in which case u might want to use a computer to catch up on things when u a few minutes off.

still, having to bring ur own computer is a real drag.:(

You take a coffee break – you get away from the computer.
Is there something wrong with not wanting to work once in a while?

Man! WLAN = Wireless Local Area Network (also called WiFi)
And spots are those public transceiver units you need to log in.

You take a notebook plus a WiFi-PCcard and log in. Ok?
So you can sit around and surf the net. Can do that on almost all airports by now, better than munching hamburgers during transfers etc. And Starbucks also have those spots now, but it’s the first time I managed to log on at a Starbucks spot. Understandable now?

Hmm. Do you know, I almost understood some of this post. I think the last bit is an address – could be in America – and maybe he has spots?
