Rebuilding Andorra's Air Force

In light of the assumption on these boards that every man and his dog needs a massive fleet of fighter aircraft to deter their neigbours, let me tell you about the plight of Andorra, sandwiched between evil French and Spanish super powers.

Andorra’s evil rulers have deprived it’s citizens of protection from France and Spain by not having an air force at all.

Given population of 80,000 and total area of 467.63 km2, I think the best solution would be to draft the entire population into the airforce and convert the whole country to a gigantic air base.

To maintain sovereignty and not become a US puppet state I recommend following air force fleet:

300 Su-35
300 JF-17
50 Il-78
50 Ka-52
50 Mi-28
12 A-50 AWACS.
200 T-50.

Obviously multi-level hangars would need to brought to accommodate such an air fleet but in aviation land, money is infintite.

This would probably be adequate to deter France and Spain.
