It’s been awhile since I’ve played Red Alert, and I don’t remember if they could be used for attacking aircraft, but just read the caption on the picture, and look at the photo.
I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s another mistake, e.g. the 500 MW Plasma Cannon cum TOW launcher from yesterday. 🙂
