Red Arrows to move from Scampton?

I see a report in the Lincolnshire Echo newspaper that the Red Arrows could move their base from Scampton to another airfield, perhaps RAF Waddington. All in the name of budget cuts. Has anyone more information about this?
Pardon me if this is in the wrong Forum, in some ways their Hawks are already historic!
