Redhill Beaufighter R2071

Can you help?

Can anyone shed any light on Beaufighter R2071 based with No. 219 Squadron at Redhill in 1940 and crashed at Edenbridge Kent on 13th Nov 1940. The crash site was excavated many moons ago and possibly even before the need for a licence and an engine, propeller and other items were recovered and taken away. The Wings Museum (opening on the 15th/16th March 10am – 5pm) would love to display any parts relating to this aircraft. Do these parts reside in anyones collection or museum?

Also, if anyone has any thing ‘Redhill’ related we would be very grateful for any help or information, photos, relics, logbooks etc.
