Hello Forum friends!
This week will always be known as the legends week because the forum is flooded with nice pics from this great show.
But I would love to post some pics from a superb show which I attended exactly 2 months ago. So prepare for a french invasion during the legends week! :diablo:
To start pics from saturday the 14th of may. The day started with a lot of rain. This proved to be a good chance to take some pics from the static line so here they come:

Nice pictures, looks like a great show despite the weather. What is the aircraft in front of the three Harvards in post 14? Looks like a single seat Harvard with a high back.
Thanks
Stuart
This single seat Harvard was built as a harvard MKIIb and saw service with the Belgian Airforce. It was converted by AJBS for film work to NA-50 cofiguration. This is one of the very very very few original surviving Belgian airforce Harvards and I would of course prefer to see it back in it’s BAF 25 seat configuration (of course).
Thanks for the positive comments guys!
Cheers,
Stieglitz

Very nice, Steiglitz! Always good to see something a bit different – I especially enjoyed those Morane-Saulnier parasol shots. Do My eyes deceive me, or do I spy a SPAD lurking behind one?
What on earth is F-AZBG? It looks like a Stampe who’s mother was frightened by an elephant! 😀
Adrian
P.S. M’sieur Langham, I think the Russian bioplane must be a PO2 – I don’t think it’s that big, just that Steiglitz was a bit close!

Great stuff, Stieg.
Stuart – methinks it’s a Harvard modified for a movie role some time ago, but I’ve read elsewhere this isn’t the case.

And so we arrive back at the jet age and at the end of this years show.

I know that the quality of some pics isn’t always superb, but I think they are still worth posting. I also worked a lot on my photographic skills. I have made great progress in how to handle my new camera and you will notice this in 2 more picture treads which I shall post later this week. 😉
So I hope you could enjoy this tread and I hope it might have brought back some nice memories to the many members who attended this great show in May.
Also a big thank you to all who made my LFA trip possible!
Greets!
