Remember Branscombe 2005

Here’s a few I’m finally processing from Branscombe’s little display last year.

Enjoy.

Not sure about Nick Newns, I didn’t go there with anybody, but I recall meeting another fellow from Plymouth who also posts here, fleetingly. Sorry, I forgot his name (but he knows mine, I guarantee it)!

Weather, as I recall, was changeable – good, bad, good.

Grey trousers, white hat and beer belly?

Or maybe:

Not quite…..’maybe’ might be the word…no was wearing a green flying suit and the obligatory orange jacket. Were you the gentleman with Nick Newns?

Weather is normally good for Branscombe. Last year it only got bad right at the end and by then most of the people had gone home.

Best wishes,

Martin

Don’t suppose you have any photos of the hardworking Warbirds marshaller? 🙂

Nice pix!

Did anyone capture Rod Dean flying ‘Sunny VIII’ at Branscombe back in the good olde days?
