Remembrance Day Song from Canada

This is my first post on this great forum. I’ve watching it for two years now.

I want to share a song that was written here in Canada for Remembrance Day. I believe it has been out for a year or two and you might have heard it before. I just heard of it yesterday and find it very touching.
