removing seized teleflex

i know i few people have done it

any ideas ?

Only thing that springs to mind is one of those special greasers used by motorcyclists and classic vehicle chaps that forces grease down a bowden type cable end which may force any dud grease out or at the very least lubricate the cable length? That may ease the movement of the seized part, but I’ve never actually tried it, only read similar online…

How about warming it up along it’s length with a heat gun. That will free the grease up, and swell the conduit a bit.

took break point off and rear portion is free, forward is not. Am thinking about attaching the handle and using that to pull but have been told teleflex will snap quite easily

Can you break it down at all? Disconnect at joins and greasing points, and see where it is sticking?
