Or if he hadn’t made a mistake and busted the deadline on Friday he would have been up there at the start. I’d say that it’s no coincidence that Stevo flew a flawless week, and emerged as Champion yet again. Looking at his racing line in each race, he seemed to be on rails, and matched his speed to keep just as far ahead of the competition as he needed to.

Yup, if Matt had qualified with the rest of the field I think it would have been a close race between him & little Steve given the lap times.
