i liked them
food was great for a 2h flight, there was a delay and they gave tea several times to pax onboard
seat pitch was ok
The best was the price and equipment, 50 euros one way in a A340!!
The worst is (not only china E) is that they don’t have e-tkst so you must get a piece of paper, not so easy when you are already there as a tourist.
use www.ctrip.com to get prices and schedules (internal flights only) then you can either get tksts by snail mail if u have an address (say a hotel).
best is book via hotel, prices are set by the CPC.

The bit about China Eastern would be good. I’d be keen to hear what you think about the airline? When I flew ICN-PVG-LHR with them in January, they were not too bad. I would fly them again in the future if necessary.

Este voo para beijing foi do antigo aeroporto de Shanghai, Hongqiao
O voo foi 50 euros, one-way com taxas comprado de véspera.
Comprar viagens na net é para esquecer, só há bilhetes em papel e mesmo comprando online é preciso serem enviados pelo correio. Para quem está de visita o melhor é comprar através do hotel.
A340-300 B-2380, 2h de viagem.
Os aviões na China continental estão sempre muito sujos, pior ainda que os da Air France. É o espelho do País.
