I would think he feels gutted. but poo happens. we all make mistakes. I hope he is flying the aeroplane again very soon.

It is worth pointing out that officially this was an incident, not an accident, the definition of the latter being an event that results in death or serious injury and/or substantial damage to the aircraft.

oh well, the pilots human, I hope he does not feel to bad about it as anyone who flys knows we can all make mistakes.
