Request about some information for EasyJet

Hello 🙂
I’m new here, but I already like this forum.
I’m from Poland and there we don’t have such forum, maybe because tradition of flying is so young 🙂
Usually I’m flying with Italian companies, or German one (I’m still little afraid of our Centralwings..) but in nearest furute I will fly first time with EasyJet.

Unfortunately since days I’m not able to contact theis Custom Care Office and have some request about information, maybe you could answer to me?

I would be very very happy and thankfull 🙂

Ahh I’m very sorry for my style of language, but I don’t know english perfectly 🙁

1. I’m flying from Schoenefeld, where is self-service by check-in. Is it really just like normal one, all I have to do is stick label on bagage by myself?

2. Limit of registered bagage is 20kilos. Can I take with me 2suitcases that together will be more or less 20kilos, or it refuses only to one suitcase (normally of corse I can take more than one, just to not go beyond limited weight, but I want to ensure myself)

3. Does drinks (water, juice) are as free service, or all is paid? Its also question I know not important, but I was surprised when in myair last time for water I was asked to pay 2euro, and it wasn’t nice experience 🙁 I mean in most of airlines drinks (at least first one) are for free

4. Are they very restrict if its going about hand-bagage? I mean, I will take with me wedding dress, and it simply doesn’t suit to any box in their limits for hand bagage 🙁 How do you think, maybe they will allow me to locate it somewhere else? i.e they will take this dress and locate in their entrance-corridor

Or maybe they are some others strange or unusual uses of EasyJet that you would like to tell me 🙂

I will be really very very thanksfull for any info about this Airline.
Greetings!!!

1. If unsure I recommend that you check in the normal way – at the check in desks.
2. I’m unsure on quantity of suitcases allowed – but it must be under 20KG overall.
3. I’d be prepared to pay just in case.
4. Perhaps a phone call to the polish easyjet office, if their is one.

Welcome to the forum,

Wozza

thank you for answer 🙂
before I wrote all my questions, i have spent over one hour looking for this answers in EasyJet website, and unfortunately I didn’t find any 🙁

Not all low-cost airlines charge for drinks. But I don’t mean some special drink or food, just one glass of juice or water.
I have travelled with many low-cost companies and only myair has also small drinks paid. AirOne, Wizzar, Skyeurope, WindJet, AirBerlin, HLX- all of them have one drink for free.
I’m just curious about this subject, that’s it

3. Low cost airlines always charge for food and drinks.

4. This information should be on their website I would have thought.
