Bye bye Cleggy and Eddie. The really good news is that our Nigel might be back next year !
Trekbuster where are you ?

Can’t keep a good man down 🙂
Yes, but what about Farage?
Moggy 😀
By: John Green - 10th May 2015 at 22:28
There must be two Farage’s. It’s getting better !

It is just an opinion – Trekbuster – but I think that on past showing in Brussels, Nigel would have had no trouble dealing with Billy Berk
Seeing that Farage has been about as much use as a chocolate teapot in Brussels, he can only improve from there.

What goes in Brussels does certainly not go in Westminster. Which is probably in good thing in many ways.

For a session or two until he was brought down to earth by Mr Speaker “hissy fit ” Bercow.!!!!

Yep, we haven’t heard the last of Nigel and I think he would have been a breath of fresh air in parliament, the guy would have brought it alive.

PR suits only those who fail under first past the post. In the unlikely event of UKIP doing well we would hear nothing of PR!!

Hi All,

Geoff.

Well how would the ex Eton Boys run the Country with your outrageous ideas Geoff?
get back in you box you silly oik!
As you gather that is tongue in cheek but I never see Proportion Representation in my lifetime.
By: 1batfastard - 10th May 2015 at 12:14
Hi All,
JG,
Hasn’t our Nigel just said he may stand for re-election as party leader ? I agree with him on the proportional representation idea is this fair ? UKIP 1 Seat for 12.6% of the vote SNP/LD/DUP/SIN FEIN/PLAID CYMRU and the SD&LP all got more seats for less % of the vote in particular the SNP’s 56 seats and the Lib Dems 8 for less voters than our Nige, even if totalled the SNP and Lib Dems together more people voted for UKIP so where is the fairness in the system ?
Geoff.

I agree. He’d at least liven the place up.
I’m really excited and all agog to ogle Paddy Ashdown scoffing his hat on prime time. Think I’ll ring him to offer some mango chutney to ease the passage of the usual leather inner liner.
By: charliehunt - 8th May 2015 at 17:27
Did you read Lord Ashcroft’s comment that he is too good to be lost to Westminster – he’d like to see him in the Lords!
By: John Green - 8th May 2015 at 16:45
The Green family will be right behind him to “keep him up”!!;)
Written like a true UKIPer.

Your Nigel perhaps, but clearly not ours.
