High time that a judgement of this kind was made, and I for one, back the judge 100% The very idea that innocent victims of a crime like this, should be arrested for daring to protect what is theirs, is a farce. Congrats Judge Peart, for standing up for these innocent victims, and many like them. I wish that there were more Judges like him, and so I suspect, do thousands of others.

Ironic isn’t it. Years ago criminals were sent to Australia, now their victims have to flee there to escape retribution. Full marks to that judge!
