F/A-18C, BuNo 163733 assigned to VFA-122 at NAS Lemoore just after paint. Aircraft represents standard 1944 camouflage. Air group markings to be added later.

I’m no big fan of the Hornet’s looks but that’s the nicest looking one to date!
I’d have liked to see a Nimrod in Coastal Command colours but it’s a bit late for that 🙁

The centennial is also the theme of the Chino airshow in May…. Wonder if they’l manage all 6 Tigercats, 4 is def possible… 🙂
