RFC Records

Wandering past my local church in Hove I spotted a CW grave for an RFC pilot ( I assume he was a pilot )and it just got me wondering about his chap, he was Cyril Frederick Crapp and his parents were from Malvern , he was a second lientenant 78th squadron died 22 / 5 /1917 .
Is there a site I could find out more about this casualty ? Why is he buried in Hove etc… how he became a casualty..
