The end of my lens had fogged up by this point. It made for a nice strobe effect though.

Very nice and that’s from someone who’s not a fan of paraffin burners.
I would rather watch a so called “paraffin burner” over something that looks and sounds like a clapped out lawnmower any day of the week.
