Seen on another website somewhere that Former RAF Chivenor is hosting a International Air Day on Wed 2 June 2004 – can anybody shed any light on this?
Seems to be a few ex RAF airfields having aviation orientated events these days which is good!

Chaps, just found this on another website, it clearly shows somethings in the wind at former RAF Chivenor on June 2nd..

First I’ve heard of it, and i live near by !
I will ring them and ask.
The squaddies did hold a small event 2 or 3 years ago, but that was the only avaition orientated event since they moved in.
