Does anybody know how I might contact Robert Taylor?
I have tried through various of his print outlets, but no luck. He used to be tied to The Military Gallery, Bath, but I think they are no more.
I need to contact him urgently, so if anyone can help – or even point him at this thread – I’d be hugely grateful.

When i requested the use of a Robert Taylor print for my book cover I did it via Military Gallery, but the reply back was from Aces High. Who agreed it for me.

Still get all the flyers for him (and his son) for new prints etc.
Cut from the email. (Seems different numbers from those on your link?)
We look forward to hearing from you.

I left messages and I sent e-mails, but a round of ‘phone calls will have to follow again this pm.
I sometimes wonder about the desire of some people to want to earn money for their clients – especially in todays climate. Extraordinary.
My preference, though, would be to contact him direct. I have lost patience with some of his outlets who, I suspect, see ‘nothing in it for them’ in respect of my query relating to wanting to use one of his images on a dust jacket. I suspect that is the real issue here.

Tried them too!
Again, no reply.
Perhaps they just are not interested in earning their client any money.
They’re not answering the phone????

I believe that The Military Gallery were absorbed by Aces High at Wendover. It might be worth a call to them.

Thanks kindly! However, I tried that, but they have not responded to my messages.

The Guild of Aviation Artists might be worth a try. I don’t know for certain but I should think he is/was a member so they may be able to put you in touch.
